Hyperbits (aka Serik Slobodskoy) recently dived into the world of psychedelics.

And it changed everything.

Because sooner or later we all get curious, right?

When your back is against a wall, and you’re dealing with grief, fear, terror, rage — sometimes you have to look at alternative methods.

And maybe — you’ll discover the world of plant medicine and psychedelics.

That’s what happened to Serik.

(Note: I am not recommending you try plant medicine or psychedelics. Please consult with your doctor and do your own research before diving in. There are risks involved, it can interact with certain medications. Plus, it’s illegal in most Western countries).

Exploring magic mushrooms and LSD gave Serik a window into working with his body.

He found traditional mental-health modalities (like CBT) helpful … but they lacked the fast progress, finesse, and power that psychedelics offer.

Many of the traditional tools out there help with the mind … but what about the body?

Research shows that emotions are stored and held within your body.

When you go through stressful events, your fight-or-flight sympathetic nervous system gets activated.

And often, this energy gets stuck in our bodies.

So – by going into your body, and into feeling this ‘stuff’ – you can release it.

After some incredible but intense journeys with psilocybin mushrooms and LSD — Hyperbits reported feeling much lighter afterwards.

Things felt more manageable.

And so he went deeper into the magic of psychedelics.

Hyperbits is an epic music producer and entrepreneur.

He runs an online music production school that doesn’t suck.

You could say Serik likes to ‘mix’ things up 😎

Hyperbits helps intermediate to advanced producers level up their game, master music production, and get signed with labels.

Serik’s journey started with music production and DJing — which led to him remixing huge artists like Nick Jonas, Tove Lo, and the incredible Beyoncé.

Then, after building a 10,000 strong email list (thanks to offering free sample packs), Serik launched his first online music production course.

He got a bunch of signups and realised he could turn this into a full-time gig.

And so he did.

Fast-forward to now – Serik has multiple online courses and lives in San Diego (instead of New York).

Because – there’s more sunshine, beaches, and well, why not embrace the freedom of running an online business?

Serik didn’t plan to create a music production school in the beginning.

He followed the flow of life and his hard work, perseverance, and authenticity helped him succeed.

If you’re working in a creative field, you’ve likely come up against the challenge of trying to make money from your art.

By using your art to make money, it often erodes your creativity, passion, and fun.

By having a separate income, you’re free to create in any way you wish.

You could write mysterious fantasy novels at night, and self-publish them on Amazon.

Or you could make acid house music that melts people’s minds.

The key to creativity is being authentic.

Which is what helped Hyperbits succeed all these years.

And he’s back to making fresh melodic house music that makes your whole body explode with orgasms.

The title sucked me in and I am glad! I just found out about this podcast and I was very impressed! The interview style is very interesting (not your usual dry interview questions) and gives a lot of insight into the way the guest thinks and held my attention the entire time.
