Beast Mode - Tiger

I don’t know how .. but we started talking about gorillas.

And it was all downhill from there πŸ˜…

But gorillas are beasts πŸ”₯

Honestly… there were a lot of bad jokes in this one.

So you’re in for a treat.

John and I talked about healthy aggression, when women earn more than men, how to boost your freelance income, cross-dressing, and sexy female gorillas.

So yeah…

We covered a lot of ground in this episode.

At least until the light fell and the recording stopped 😳

So… What exactly is Beast Mode?

Beast Mode is about tapping into the beast that’s inside you.

It’s inside all of us.

Healthy rage, aggression, shame, fear, sadness, joy — Beast Mode is about dropping into your body, where all these emotions lie.

And feeling them in your body (on a physical level).

In your nervous system.

So that they can be released.

Some people call it weak or soft, but it actually takes a huge amount of grit and courage.

Which is what being a beast is all about.

Hence the title — Beast Mode.

But men aren’t supposed to cry? And women aren’t supposed to be angry?

Or so society tells us…

But that couldn’t be farther from the truth.

Because we ALL have these emotions. They’re not exclusive to any gender.

These are all just scripts.

Identities.

Stories.

But they’re not necessarily true.

Beast Mode is about going inside of yourself (into your body and nervous system), and feeling this “stuff”.

So you can be your authentic self.

Not caring about what people think.

And having your own back πŸ’ͺ

In this episode of Beast Mode, we talk about what rage is, and why some people say “I’m just not an angry person”.

But anger is a spectrum.

Slight annoyance is on one end of the scale, and extreme violence is on the other end.

Rage is somewhere in the middle.

If your annoyance isn’t expressed, felt, or communicated — it will build until you release it.

Maybe you’ll explode onto the people around you.

Maybe you’ll damage your relationships, business, work, or even yourself.

But there’s a better way…

And it starts with listening to this episode of Beast Mode πŸ”₯

So check it out … and get ready to laugh.

The title sucked me in and I am glad! I just found out about this podcast and I was very impressed! The interview style is very interesting (not your usual dry interview questions) and gives a lot of insight into the way the guest thinks and held my attention the entire time.
